# Refund Policy

We provide a 21-day free trial so you can evaluate Hourlyo before subscribing. No payment will be charged during this period.

## 2. Refund Eligibility

Payments made after the free trial are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or proven technical issues that prevent service usage.

## 3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

## 4. Paddle as Merchant

All payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through Paddle in accordance with their policies.
